A passionate penguin lover who turned that into a company named after them. After joining NS Solutions, he built AI talent-development programs. At Mitsubishi Chemical he ran the company-wide DX talent program 'Digital University' covering 35,000 employees, and has now trained more than 5,000 AI professionals.

He co-published 'DX Literacy' with Impress and has lectured at four universities including Tsuda University. Drawing on his weekend farming experience since 2016, he is developing a service that visualizes the potential of agricultural land.

Satellite data / Demand forecasting / Generative AI

Majored in satellite remote sensing at Kyoto University · Graduate School and authored papers on satellite image analysis algorithms. Built new businesses at NTT DOCOMO and led data management and AI projects at Rakuten Group.

Today he drives demand-forecasting AI and generative AI projects at multiple data science companies, while at Penguin Labs he creates solutions that fuse satellite data with generative AI.
