We are launching a long-term climate simulation pilot with Tamamura town, Gunma prefecture for socially implementing 'profitable agriculture'.

The pilot combines climate models out to 2100 with satellite monitoring to identify crops that will remain competitive in Tamamura sustainably.

Project goals

We design a future-ready farming strategy together with the community, evaluating long-term shifts in suitability, disaster risk, and profitability.
